The UAE delegation is returning to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, which will run from May 17 to 28.

In its effort to champion Arab cinema and promote the UAE as a film hub for the region, key industry players including the Dubai Film and TV Commission (DFTC), Dubai Studio City (DSC), and the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF), will feature at the UAE Pavilion at the festival.

The Dubai Film Market (DFM) and the Marché du Film will hold an exclusive screening of 5 work-in-progress films from the Arab world, while a further 5 films that were showcased at DIFF’s last year and supported by Enjaaz - the DFM’s post-production and production support programme - will also screen in the Cannes Short Film Corner.
