Binging for a life: 11 year old boy gains over 10 kilo's to save father's life
An 11-year-old boy in China is on a mission to save his father by gaining weight and eating 5 times a day. Being the only family member with matching bone marrow, doctors said that he needs to gain at least 15 kilo’s to be able to donate. Starting at 30 kilo’s, Lu is at 44 kilo’s today. Doctors say he needs to weigh at least 45kg (seven stone) before he can become a donor, and the ideal weight is 50kg.
