Tips for Dubai’s new school year

The new school year in Dubai is upon us, so the roads will be getting busier and the supermarkets definitely crazier on Saturday afternoons! The most important thing to remember, though, is how your kids are feeling.

After a summer of lazy lie-ins and playing they might be feeling anxious about getting back into a routine and sitting still in class.

You can help them by talking to them about the positives, like seeing some of their friends again, and by getting into a morning routine a few days before school starts so that the early start isn’t a complete shock to their systems.
