Samosa salad


2 cups of cabbage
1 cup of coriander
1/2 cup of parsley
5 or 6 samosas (upon your preference)
1 red chili pepper


1 cup of yoghurt
1 tablespoon of tahini
Pinch of garam masala
Pinch of chili powder
Sea salt
1 lemon

Blend until its gets smooth, and thicken with yoghurt if it’s too thin


Place cabbage, coriander, parsley, and red chili pepper in a serving bowl, and put samosa, fried curry leaves, dressing, red chili powder, and cashew nuts on the top.
