Healthy and Smart... Rice Pudding

Rice Pudding

1 1/2 cup of leftover rice
2 cups of milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of butter

Heat the milk and rice over medium-high heat until it becomes thick and creamy.

Add the egg, sugar, and cinnamon.

Cook for a few more minutes.

Add butter.

Cinnamon for the topping.
