Healthy and Smart... Mattai Salad

Shaikha Al Ali shows off her cooking skills as she makes healthy and delicious smoothies, and teaches ways to use up leftovers, all that in 1-minute videos.


A bunch of chopped parsley
1/2 shallot, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 small mango, chopped
A handful of cherry tomatoes, slice them in half
3 cups of mattai

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.

Then add:

1 container of yoghurt (170g)
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Sea salt
And juice 2 limes

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Then, dress with yoghurt dressing.
