Grape Leaves Salad

2 cups of leftover grape leaves
8 warm grape leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons of golden raisins
1 tablespoon of roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon of feta cheese
2 tablespoons of mint
1/3 cup of parsley, chopped
1/4 cup of bread croutons


Juice 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon of sumac
1/4 teaspoon of cumin
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup olive of oil

Mix everything in a bowl. Then, add the dressing.
