Balaleet Omelet

3 eggs
A pinch of cardamom
A pinch of saffron
A pinch of pistachio
1 tablespoon of sugar

Butter in the pan

Prepare omelet in the pan, then add balaleet on top of it.

Fold and place in a serving plate.

Cardamom, pistachio, and more balaleet for the topping.
