Healthy and Smart... Pakora Scramble

Pakora Scramble

3 eggs
2 chopped pakoras
Handful of chopped parsley
1 small tomato chopped
Half onion chopped
1/2 green chili pepper chopped
1/4 teaspoon of each of:
Chili powder
Garam masala
Sea salt
Black pepper
Cumin

Add spices to eggs, and mix
Add parsley, and mix
Cook onion until it soften
Add tomatoes and cook until it soften
Add chili
Add eggs, and keep mixing
Add pakora at the end
Cook until done

Serve with bread and chutney
