The movie "Loving Vincent" was nominated in 2018 at the the Oscars as the first hand-drawn animated film to tell the story of the Dutch painter Van Gogh, who lived in the 19th century. Oil colors paintings and quotes in the movie were used from paintings and personal messages of Gogh.
