Awaken’s trailer, a documentary movie produced by Dubai Film and directed by Tom Lew made its global debut.

The documentary’s production was also made with the help of Oscar nominee, Terrance Malick and documentary-making pioneer, Godfrey Reggio.

The film showcases humanity’s relationship to technology; it took 5-years to shoot, and in 30 countries.

It pioneers new time-lapse, time-dilation techniques, considered the first of their kind in filmmaking history.
